About us

Support built around real lives

Blue Sky Recovery is a disability support provider helping NDIS participants with daily living and personal care. We started because good everyday support shouldn't be hard to find.

Our mission

To give people living with disability the practical, everyday support they need to live comfortably and independently at home — delivered by people who show up, know their routine, and treat them like the adult they are.

We focus on daily living and personal care because that's where support is needed most often, and where the quality of the relationship makes the biggest difference. It's not glamorous work. It's important work.

Who we support

  • NDIS participants — people with an NDIS plan looking for daily living and personal care support.
  • Families and carers — who need a hand keeping things running, or a break.
  • Support coordinators — looking for a reliable provider for the people on their caseload.
What we stand for

Our values

Dignity first

Every person we support is an adult with their own preferences, history and routines. We work the way you want, not the way that's easiest for us.

Consistency matters

Good support is built on relationships. We keep the same workers with the same people so trust has time to grow.

Safe and accountable

Workers are screened and trained, and we keep clear records and open communication with you and your family.

Real independence

Our goal isn't to do everything for you. It's to help you do the things that matter to you, on your own terms.

Our team

Our support workers come from a range of backgrounds — aged care, disability support, nursing assistants and community services. Every one of them is screened, trained and matched to the people they support.

Behind them is a small coordination team who handle the scheduling, agreements and questions, so your support worker can focus on being present with you.
